SCHOLARSHIPS
In 2011, the festival began giving away another scholarship in the amount of $1,000 to one graduating high school senior from each of the five Preble County schools who is planning to attend a post-secondary institution.
In 2023, the board of directors changed the name of the high school scholarship in honor Paul E. Ray and Tim H. Miller.
